Did my biceps workout in the morning. I have come to conclusion that i need new set of dumbells, because to improve in certain exercises you have to rise the limits. Used to do every day a lot more reps in a faster pace, which is was less effective as to slower movements, so its every repetition works the muscles. Since muscles need a lot of time to recover, another set of biceps i will have to do after 10 days. To build more muscle is also vital to eat properly so on wokout day i have a nice breakfast and protein rich dinner.
